Returns

We want you to be happy with your new product and if you have any questions or would like any recommendations on how to best use the product, please let us know. 

To initiate a return, please notify us that you will be returning the product along with your order number. 

• Fitlab Solutions does not cover shipping cost for returns
• For any product returned there is our standard 20 % restocking fee
• Products returned will be evaluated for its condition. Any product(s) showing signs of wear or damage in anyway will be deemed "unacceptable" and you will be notified. 
• Fitlab Solutions is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
• We do not accept returns/exchanges or allow refunds for individual items in a promotional kit or bundle.
• We only allow returns/refunds on promotional kits and bundles, IF ALL items included in your order are returned.

Please mail all returns to 7090 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588 and send us an email to fitlabsolutions2@gmail.com to let us know that there is a return.
