The Return Policy
To initiate a return, please notify us that you will be returning the product along with your order number.
- Fitlab Solutions does not cover shipping cost for returns
- For any product returned there is our standard 20 % restocking fee
- Products returned will be evaluated for its condition. Any product(s) showing signs of wear or damage in anyway will be deemed "unacceptable" and you will be notified.
- Fitlab Solutions is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges or allow refunds for individual items in a promotional kit or bundle.
- We only allow returns/refunds on promotional kits and bundles, IF ALL items included in your order are returned.
